Fixed Rate Mortgages

We offer 15, 20 and 30 year fixed rate mortgages and competitive rates with up to 100% financing.  These mortgages offer a long term investment with principal and interest payments that remain the same throughout the loan. 

 

3 & 5 year Balloon Mortgages

Balloon mortgages with 80/20 financing offer payment plans for three and five years with payments based on a fixed rate schedule (typically a 30-year program).  Payments are made for specified term after which time the balance must be paid in full.  You may choose to refinance at the prevailing rate.  Balloon mortgages are beneficial to those who are looking for a short term commitment and expect to sell near the end of the loan term.  Check our current rates

 

Home Equity Loans

Unlock the equity in your home with our fixed rate Home Equity Loans.  Take advantage of the equity in your home for the planned expenses such as vacation or to spruce up your home.  Borrow up to 100% of your home's appraised value and repay with equal monthly installments at a set loan amount.  Check our current rates

 

Home Equity Line of Credit

Our Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) is a more flexible variable rate revolving line of credit option for the equity in your home often at a lower rate than many credit cards.  Borrow up to 100% of your home's appraised value.  Draw on funds for 5 years and pay 1 1/2 % of the outstanding balance.  Enjoy easy access to your funds via check. Biweekly and monthly payment options are available.  The interest on your HELOC may be tax deductible, consult your tax advisor.  Check our current rates

  

Mortgage Loan Documentation Required

*Current 30-day pay-stub history

*W-2's for the past two (2) years

*For purchase, copy of sales contract required

*Statement of Account on current mortgage loans

*For Home Equity, copy of tax assessment or bill

*For self-employed borrowers, complete tax returns with all schedules for the past two (2) years, including Corporate Partnership tax returns.  Current year-to-date profit and loss schedules and monthly balancing statements.

*If using child support and/or alimony as income to qualify for the loan, provide a copy of the entire final recorded Divorce Decree and copy of check stubs for the past six (6) months.  If paying child support and/or alimony, provide a copy of the final Divorce Decree.

*For Social Security, provide a copy of the Award Letter
